Term and Conditions:
1. This promotion period starts from 2020-12-01 00:00:00 until 2020-12-31 23:59:59 (GMT+8)
2. To claim the bonus, members must have a minimum of 3 times deposit and total of MYR 500 above at DMD365 within 3 months before the Birthday Date.
3. Qualified member must send an email to: support@dmd365.com by using their DMD365 registered email address, indicating:
*E-mail Subject: DMD365 Birthday Bonus
*E-mail Content: DMD365 Username and a copy of Identification Card or Driving License for verification.
4. DMD365 Member can claim the Birthday Bonus 3 days before or after their birthday.
5. DMD365 Member will receive Birthday Bonus of MYR50 within 24 hours once the Identification Card or Driving License has been verified by DMD365 Customer Service Representative.
6. Birthday bonus is subjected to 5 times turnover requirement before any withdrawal can be made.
7. DMD365 Member may not transfer credit out of the Product before the withdrawal requirement is fulfill. If the member loses all credit, the current turnover requirement will no longer be applicable to the subsequent deposit.
(Credit lower than RM5 means the member has lose the full bonus amount)
8. This Promotion cannot be combined with any other existing promotions.
9. Any bets placed on two opposite sides or draw will not count towards the turnover requirement. Only 50% of total bets placed on any games of Roulette (All Variations), Baccarat (All Variations) will be counted towards the rollover requirement.
10. If this promotion's Turnover Requirement is not met within 30 days from the bonus is claimed, the bonus and winnings will be forfeited
